around December 20, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter that he would sell S8 mobile phones in connection with the Internet site B by accessing the Internet site B in the vicinity of the gallondong in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, and falsely read that he would sell mobile phones when sending money to the victim D who reported and contacted.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell mobile phones to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 220,000 won from the victim to the F Association account (Account Number: G) in the name of E, and acquired it by deceiving the victim more than four times from that time to January 16, 2019.

Around November 3, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement on the content that “the sale of galgno S8 mobile phones by accessing the Internet site B,” and that the Defendant would sell the cell phone when remitting KRW 2.50,000 to the victim H who visited the Internet.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.
