Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, refusing to withdraw, is a person working at the 6th floor D cooperatives of the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City C building operated by the victim B.

At around 11:00 on August 30, 2015, the Defendant, at the above D cooperative office, demanded that the victim “not sell any goods irrelevant to the company,” and that the victim would retire the company,” and that the victim would return KRW 10.40,000 to the Defendant’s investment, and that “the Defendant would make a settlement of the expenses, etc. incurred in the preparation of the Defendant’s accommodation at the company and return the money later,” the Defendant continued to demand that “the Defendant would return the money, at any time, return the money to the company,” and that “the request would be made” was made by the victim.

However, the defendant did not comply with the request for withdrawal of the victim without justifiable reasons from the police officer dispatched by the victim's report at around 12:46 on the same day until he is arrested as the current criminal.

2. Around August 30, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at the above D cooperative office, as described in paragraph 1, and the police officer F, who was dispatched upon the request of B, attempted to arrest the Defendant as a current offender, and assaulted the police officer F with the left hand hand hand of the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.
