1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff is a colon of the deceased F (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”), and the deceased died on May 2016, and the Defendants were the inheritor of the deceased, and there is no dispute between the parties.

The Plaintiff asserts that the deceased agreed before his birth to give KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff, and sought payment from the Defendants of the amount corresponding to their respective shares of inheritance.

On the other hand, Gap evidence No. 4, which corresponds to the fact that the above document was duly formed, is merely a content of the plaintiff's statement, and thus cannot be deemed as evidence for lack of any evidence to prove the authenticity of the document. If Gap evidence No. 5, which does not believe for the above reason, is excluded from the statement of Gap evidence No. 5, which is not believed for the above reason, there is no evidence to prove the above fact of assertion. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

Therefore, all of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
