1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a terrestrial broadcasting company that operates broadcasting business and cultural service business in the name of “MBC” with the entire country as a broadcasting zone and viewing right. Defendant A is an issuer of Internet newspaper “D(E)”, and Defendant B and C are “D” reporters.

B. On October 27, 2014, the Plaintiff established a new media format development center and a new business development center, and took part in the reorganization of the instant organization that removes an organization with the name of a culture producer, and subsequently, on October 31, 2010, issued the instant personnel order, such as transferring FD affiliated with an existing culture producer to the said new business development center and transferring it to the said new business development center and issuing education to G.

C. Defendant C, as the title “HI,” prepared the first article in attached Form 1 to the effect that Plaintiff C’s management criticizes acts against the Plaintiff’s PD from 2008 to the reorganization of the instant organization, and Defendant C posted this on the D’s website.

Defendant B prepared the article No. 2 of this case as indicated in attached Table 2 to the purport that he criticizes the instant order of personnel management under JK’s title, and prepared the article No. 3 of this case as indicated in attached Table 3 to the same purport as LM’s title, and the Defendant A posted it on the homepage of D.
