1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,610,920,584 and the interest rate thereon from June 16, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) entered into the instant lease agreement

(E) On December 6, 2010, between the Plaintiff’s father D and the Plaintiff’s father D, land E and its ground F (hereinafter the above land is “instant land”; and F is “the instant building”.

(3) On the other hand, Defendant B and D agreed to re-contract the instant building upon consultation with each other after the lapse of two years (hereinafter “Agreement on December 6, 2010”) by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 3,00,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 134,00,000 (value-added tax separate) and five years.

(2) Pursuant to the agreement made on December 6, 2010, Defendant B sold part of the instant land and the instant building in KRW 5,804,930,00, and Defendant C sold part of the instant land and KRW 4,573,280,00 each of the instant building in KRW 6,397,90,00, and KRW 2,397,90,90,000, out of the said purchase price to be paid by the Plaintiff, in lieu of the lease deposit to be paid by the Defendants pursuant to the lease agreement made between the Plaintiff and the Defendants on the instant building.

3) After March 28, 201, the Plaintiff leased the instant building with the Defendants at KRW 1,00,000,000 per lease deposit, KRW 134,00,00 per month of rent (including value-added tax) and KRW 147,40,000 per month (including value-added tax), and KRW 5 years from the date of delivery of the lease term (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

(3) On March 31, 201, Defendant C delivered the instant building to the Defendants. From that time, Defendant C delivered all the 4,5,6th and 401 of the instant building (hereinafter “I shop”).

In this regard, I would like to make a bath business with the trade name of ‘I'.

B. The Defendants’ delinquency in rent and objection.
