Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.144% in blood alcohol concentration at around 23:05, and the Defendant was driving a DNA car at approximately 8 km from the vicinity of the Bupyeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the 19 km point in the Seoul Highway located in the Dong-gu, Sincheon-si.
