On October 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for attempted larceny in the Cheongju District Court Jeju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 18, 2015.
2. Defendant B received juvenile protective disposition on June 30, 2010 from the Gangwon Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Prosecutors’ Office due to special larceny, juvenile protective disposition due to special larceny, etc. at the same prosecutors’ office on July 9, 2010, and juvenile protective disposition on July 27, 2010 at the same prosecutors’ office.
On May 3, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and two years of probation in the Chungcheong District Court’s Chungcheong Branch.
