Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant requested the victim C (56 cm) to pay unpaid wages, but the victim said that “the victim would make the kitchen and make the kitchen in the last place,” and then, the Defendant sprinked the kitchen (36 cm in total length, 23 cm in length) which is a dangerous object on the kitchen at the place of the kitchen and the kitchen in his hand, and threatened the victim by saying, “the victim would promptly make a public announcement of the time of the public announcement.”
