A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 1965] The Defendant was married on July 22, 2015 and divorced around October 2015 with the victim B (here, 26 years of age). On April 24, 2016, the Defendant followed two parts of the victim’s head, including the victim, on the one hand, who was self-employed for the reason that the Defendant could not have the chest of the former C building 203:50 on April 24, 2016, due to the fact that the Defendant could not have the chest of the said building, around 03:50.

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant does not assist the victim in arranging for drinking and drinking things within the victim’s residence located in Seongdong-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si.
