Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-to-land car from approximately 500 meters away from the roads near the Gwangju City Art Museum located in the North-dong of Gwangju to about 301 U.S. parking lots in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.23% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:10.
