1. The defendant,
A. As to KRW 91,700,000 among Plaintiff A and KRW 70,539,932 among them, from September 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 3, 2017, the Plaintiffs: (a) sold each of the shares to the Defendant, Co., Ltd., Ltd. owned by each of them (hereinafter referred to as “the grounds for each of the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, respectively; (b) concluded a contract to purchase part of each of the shares of “the grounds for each of the sales contract for the shares of “the grounds for each of them” (hereinafter referred to as “the grounds for each of them) and the grounds for each of them purchased part of the shares of “the grounds for each of them” from “the grounds for each of them.”
(2) In addition, in order to determine matters related to the payment of stock purchase price pursuant to each of the above stock sales contracts on the same day as the plaintiffs, the defendant, the head of the household, the head of the household, the head of the household, and the head of the household, and the head of the household, respectively, entered into an agreement on the following (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement” in total, to determine the matters related to the payment of stock purchase price pursuant to each of the above stock sales contracts:
