Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2016, around 08:10 on June 6, 2016, the Defendant driven a motorcycle B 110 motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol 0.21% of alcohol content from around 4km to the same road in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul), from the main station near the Gangnamnam Station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the same road in front of 180 (Yyang-dong).
