1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a co-owner of the Gwangju Mine-gu E 200 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned land”) and the 507 square meters prior to F prior to the Plaintiff, who is engaged in agriculture. The Defendants are D large 90 square meters in Gwangju Mine-gu (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendants are co-owners of the land owned by the Plaintiff and the surrounding land of this case, who are in contact with the Plaintiff’s ownership (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. On October 27, 2008, the Plaintiff acquired the Plaintiff’s land ownership and divided the land (i.e., the Plaintiff’s land ownership) and (ii) the land owned by the Plaintiff prior to the partition of the land in the G Voluntary Auction proceeding at the Gwangju District Court (hereinafter “Before partition”).

On December 17, 2008, the Plaintiff awarded a successful bid and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the Plaintiff’s name with respect to the land before subdivision. 2) On March 13, 2009, the Plaintiff concluded a land exchange contract with I and I, stating that “the land divided with a size of 486 square meters in the previous land and a land divided with a size of 507 square meters in the area of 902 square meters in the land owned by the Plaintiff, which is a neighboring land owned by the Plaintiff.”

Accordingly, on August 31, 2009, 486 square meters were divided among the land before the division, and the number was set by J. B. On August 31, 2009, 507 square meters out of H 902 square meters owned by I and the number was set F. As regards F. As regards F. 507 square meters on November 25, 2009, the registration of transfer of ownership in the Plaintiff’s name was completed on September 10, 2009, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of J 486 square meters on the same day was completed on September 10, 2009.

C. The Defendants, who acquired the ownership of the instant land by the Defendants, purchased the instant land from K on July 13, 2015 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 25, 2015, respectively.
