The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The lower court rejected F’s statements consistent with the Defendant’s assertion without reasonable grounds and convicted the Defendant of the instant charges by taking only the victim’s statement without reasonable grounds, even though the victim’s statement in the summary of the grounds for appeal is inconsistent and inconsistent with the on-site situation.

The court below erred by misunderstanding the facts and affecting the conclusion.

2. In full view of the following circumstances that can be recognized by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, the defendant's assertion is without merit, since the defendant can sufficiently be recognized as having abused the victim while threatening the victim, which is a dangerous object, as stated in the facts charged.

The victim's statement contains not only the detailed contents that are not known without experience, but also the credibility is consistent from the investigation agency to the court below.

B. On the right side of the victim’s photograph taken immediately after the instant case, it is confirmed that the upper part of the victim’s hand is located above the right side of the victim. This conforms with the victim’s consistent statement that the Defendant saw the knife with the Defendant’s knife with the left hand and pushed the victim’s boom

In addition, all the circumstances such as the fact that reporting to the police by 112 telephone was the victim, that the victim stated that the defendant had threatened the police from the time of reporting to the police, that the police officer sent to the scene also made such a statement, and that the police officer searched the scene and discovered the age of the pest used for committing the crime, are also consistent with the statements of the above victim.

C. The F’s statement appears to correspond to the Defendant’s defense is that F was an employee working at the marina business operated by F, and that F was present and testified at the court of the original instance after the victim was accused of indecent act by compulsion from the victim at the time of the instant case.
