1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. In around 2015, the Defendant subcontracted the molding construction (hereinafter “instant construction”) among B construction ordered by the original regional construction management authority to D who used the trade name “C”.

On September 23, 2015, the Plaintiff agreed to lease temporary materials to D with respect to the instant construction project from September 23, 2015 to the completion of the final return of the materials (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and the Defendant, as a subcontractor on the same day, was jointly and severally liable for payment to D.
