A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2014, at around 01:05, the Defendant: (a) received 112 declarations (N.85) that he did not pay taxi rates (B B B B B) in front of the bus terminal located in 77 in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, the Defendant: (b) took a serious bath for the police officers who wear her uniform on the ground that he would prevent the Defendant from going home while paying taxi rates and returning home; and (c) assaulted the police officers of the Nowon-gu Police Station at around 12:12 of the Noon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, by taking advantage of the fact that he would prevent the Defendant from going home to home.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of their duties on “property protection” and “public order maintenance” of police officers.
