A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a sales contract for a used motor vehicle in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

2. On August 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) filed a registration for the transfer of the name of a motor vehicle to the EMW645CI motor vehicle in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun; (b) submitted the forged motor vehicle sales contract to the officials in charge who are not aware of the forgery; and (c) exercised the contract as if they were duly formed.

3.
