A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:15 on November 1, 2016, the Defendant driven BMW car from a distance of about 1 km from the roads in front of the Korea Creative Information Network located in Busan Sogsan-dong, to the roads located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.169% of the blood alcohol concentration of around 05:15,000.
