The grounds for the judgment of party members are as follows: evidence submitted at the trial, which is insufficient to recognize the fact that the plaintiff is not the owner of each of the lands of this case or that the defendant has the right to possess each of the lands of this case, and the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited by applying the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
