When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 12:50 on May 4, 2015, the Defendant embezzled 1, 12:50, the cash payment instrument (the age of 32) lost the victim B (the age of 32)’s market price in the APP shop located in the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu 2:38, the Defendant embezzled 1,15,000 won, 1,000 won, 1,000 won, 1,000 new card, and 1,000 cards.

2. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: around 13:16, the Defendant purchased food materials such as Saturdays at the Dart discount store located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and used the lost credit card by settling KRW 35,180 with the new credit card stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
