Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2017, the Defendant, at around 02:30 on October 15, 2017, received alcoholic beverages and services equivalent to KRW 160,00,00 from the injured party as if he had no intention or ability to pay the drinking value in the victim D (39 years of age) operated by the victim D (Esing 39 years of age).

Although an agreement was reached with the victim and the victim had the intent and ability to repay it, in full view of the situation at the time of the instant case, the relationship between the Defendant and the victim, the victim’s persuasive and alternative statement, and the details of the police officer’s statement at the site, etc., the Defendant may fully recognize the fact that he/she received liquor and service without the intent or ability to pay the drinking value as stated in the above criminal facts.
