A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2012, the Defendant got to go through the “D’s singing,” which was located in Singing C, and became aware of it with the victim E (Sing 42) and became aware of it.

3. On August 18, 2012, in the case of Pakistan, the victim, who was written with a loan of KRW 7 million to Gangseoland as gambling capital, wanted to die as 700,000 won per week. On September 20, 2012, the victim, who was working until September 20, 2012, is obligated to complete payment of KRW 7 million.” The victim, who was transferred KRW 7 million from the victim to the said account, was transferred to the said account.

4. On August 24, 2012, when a victim calls the victim at a place where the place is unknown, and then lends three million won to an employee since he/she left the place, he/she shall take out the birth and put it in another business place.
