A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) accessed Vietnam’s mobile phone with the name of “B” used by Vietnames; and (b) took a horse to Vietnam’s children and juveniles of Vietnam’s nationality who responded to the request, and (c) promised to look at the victim and the next day of the victim who respondeded to the request by Vietnam’s children and juveniles of Vietnam’s nationality. (d) around December 5, 2018, the Defendant promised to have the victim s/he s/ she s/ she s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s/ s

On December 6, 2018, around 19:20 on December 6, 2018, the Defendant moved the victim to the Defendant’s car in front of the victim’s house located in Busan Metropolitan City D, and moved to the Defendant’s house located in Seogu-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City E on the same day, and provided meals with the victim.

At around 22:50 on December 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to engage in a sexual intercourse; (b) tried to be exempted from the victim’s will and panty by putting the victim into force by double arms; and (c) tried to have the victim’s sexual organ by hand; (d) when the victim took the part of the Defendant’s arms and panty; (e) when she took back the part of the victim’s face by drinking, she was off from the victim’s will and panty; (e) when she takes part in the victim’s face at hand, she did not report it from the victim; (e) took the cell phone from which she did not report it from the victim; (e) took the head part of the victim’s hair into force by cutting the victim’s body; and (e) tried to have the victim’s sexual organ by taking out the victim’s body; and (e) tried to keep the victim’s s sexual organ out of the floor, but did not commit rape.

As a result, the defendant tried to rape the victim who is a child or juvenile through violence or intimidation, but he/she needs to take care of the victim for about two weeks.
