Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, from April 2013 to February 28, 2014, the Defendant advertised “scopic acid enzyme”, which is food, through the efficacy food website (E), which is the Internet site operated by himself/herself, from around 2013 to around 302 (C building) on the website, posted a consumer experience device with the effect of disease, such as hepatitis B, administration, an empty blood, hemopsis, high blood pressure, high blood pressure, stop, urine, urine, and copium, and made a false and exaggerated advertisement with the content that may cause misconceptions as medicine using the experience device. From April 4, 2013 to January 9, 2014, the Defendant sold Scopyzyzyum equivalent to KRW 7,704,000 over 28 times in total.
