1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 16, 2005, the Plaintiff was working for an agricultural cooperative in North Korea as a member of the Plaintiff. On October 9, 2015, the Plaintiff was found in a state without food at 07:00 home, and was sent by 119 first-aid vehicles, and was diagnosed as “cerebrovascular (hereinafter “the instant injury”).

B. Around November 2015, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for medical care benefits for the instant injury, but the Defendant, on December 30, 2015, acknowledged the instant injury and disease as to the Plaintiff on the ground that it was determined that the instant injury and disease were caused by the natural aggravation, such as the low-income disease, rather than occupational or stress.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was accumulated with excessive work and stress while working in North Korea’s agricultural cooperative B, and was under severe stress from farmers on the day of the outbreak.

Since the injury or disease of this case is rapidly aggravated due to occupational or natural progress, there is a proximate causal relation with the duty.

Nevertheless, the defendant's disposition of this case on different premise is unlawful.

B. On November 16, 2005, the Plaintiff became a member of the Agricultural Cooperative in North Korea, and the Plaintiff was engaged in the business of selling and delivering agricultural products, such as agricultural materials, pesticides, and fertilizers, and duty-free oil in B.

The Plaintiff worked from 07:00 to 18:00, and the occupation time was from 12:0 to 13:00.

The plaintiff worked for the five-day working system per week or for a day on Saturdays and Sundays to sell agricultural materials, etc.

The plaintiff takes a business trip for each week to sell farming materials, agrochemicals, fertilizers, etc. to farmers in the relevant region.
