Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In spite of the fact that the Defendant did not sell a hybrid tobacco (hereinafter referred to as “bred tobacco”) composed of alpha-PV components designated as temporary narcotics, the Defendant aided and abetted C by facilitating the commission of the crime, such as interpreting and driving, etc. in selling the hybrid tobacco as follows, upon receiving a request from C, “to help sell the hybrid tobacco held in D Japan” from C, with consent thereto, and thereby facilitating C and D’s act of selling the hybrid tobacco:

1. Around 13:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant aided and abetted the selling of hybrid tobacco in C and D by driving a vehicle to the said place and facilitating the commission of the crime by driving the vehicle at the same time in front of the joint railway station located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Mapo-gu, and providing a 3g of hybrid tobacco to C and D E, with an interpretation of 2.50,000 won under the name of the purchase price.

2. Around December 22:30, 2013, the Defendant sold to F was clearly written in front of the Gohap-dong Seoul Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and that the facts charged in this part of C and DF as “F” are written in writing in writing. As such, it is written in writing ex officio.

The author tried to assist C and D in selling sob tobacco by driving the vehicle to the above place and facilitating the crime by driving the vehicle in the manner that 450,000 won or more are 50,000 won for the purchase price.
