Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 1,500,000 as a fine in the same court on April 23, 2014.

On November 10, 2016, the Defendant driven B K5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.131% in alcohol, from the vicinity of the sound market located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front road of the valley dong located in the same Gu, with approximately 5.5km alcohol content of 0.131% in a blood.
