The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The lower court rejected the Defendant’s and the defense counsel’s assertion and convicted the Defendant on the grounds that detailed reasons exist with regard to the victim’s assertion that there is no legitimate lien in the part on the Defendant’s and his/her defense counsel’s assertion.
