The Defendant is a person who drives a wing motor bicycle.

On May 15, 2015, at around 17:55, the Defendant driven a approximately 6km section in front of the apartment complex of Kupo-gu, Busan, Geumpo-gu, Busan, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.139% under the influence of alcohol.
