Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Incheon District Court on January 12, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 4, 201

No one shall manufacture, sell or possess those that look almost like a gun and are prescribed by Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "giring gun").

On February 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the Republic of Korea on February 21, 2016; (b) entered the Republic of Korea; (c) entered the Republic of Korea on January 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the Republic of Korea; (d) kept one knife (it indicates that it is not an actual gun by putting a yellow-flacing a gun over the gun, etc.); (c) kept one knife gun used by the North Korean armed forces; (d) one knife gun; (e) one knife gun; (e) one knife gun; (e) five knife gun AK gun; and (e) one knife gun, one knife gun, etc., from around that time to March 23, 2017; and (e) possessed the two knife gun in the above subparagraph from around that time.
