A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In around Sep. 8, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who was demanded by the victim D (54 tax) who was a C cab engineer on board the Defendant to pay a charge, and who is a dangerous object in the chemical group (181cm in length, 17.5cm in thickness) of the props (181cm in length, 17.5cm in thickness).

2. Around September 21, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer’s face on his/her hand and obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of report 112 by assaulting him/her by assaulting him/her by assaulting him/her on his/her hand, i.e., “g., a fluor, a fluor, a fluor, a fluor, a fluor, etc.,” to a slope G belonging to the 112 police box called out after being reported as a matter of paragraphs 1 and 1 of this Article.
