A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who intends to temporarily use a mountainous district for the purpose of building stone or underground resources exploration facilities or drilling facilities (including the installation of geological survey facilities), forest roads, work roads, forest products transportation roads, mountain trails, forest paths, such as mountain trails and forest trails, or other similar mountain paths, shall report the mountainous district of state forests to the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and a person who intends to engage in development activities, such as changing the form and quality of land, shall obtain permission from the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report temporary use to the competent authority and did not obtain permission for development activities from the competent authority. From May 2018 to October 2018, the Defendant used 29,69,69 square meters of forests and fields B located in Gyeonggi-gun B, and 6,211,940 square meters of forests and fields C, 678 square meters of land, 154, 976 square meters of forests and fields, 1,808 square meters of land, 334,762 square meters of forests and fields located in D, and 2,90 square meters of land, including 334,762 square meters of land and fields, and 1,517 square meters of land and fields, and 52,440 square meters of forest land and fields located in E-gun-gun from May 2018, and destroyed and damaged the act of developing trees at the same time.
