A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a sports bus with CEX words, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from hazardous driving).

On December 8, 2017, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle with alcohol content of 0.135% while under the influence of alcohol in blood around 20:37, and continued to drive the above passenger vehicle in front of the toilet side in the waste landfill site located in Jinju-si.
