Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2013, the Defendant had been sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 as a violation of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., in the Gangseo branch of the Chuncheon District Court on June 12, 2013.

1. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. against Victims shall repeatedly reach other persons any codes, text, sound, image, or motion picture that arouses uneasiness or fear through information and communications networks;

Nevertheless, at around 16:31 on February 23, 2012, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, sent a text message to the Defendant’s wife D (hereinafter “B”) using the Defendant’s mobile phone at around 16:31, 2012, “The reason why the Defendant was inside the DC phone is very low for breathe crime, or babbbling breathe. To this end, babbbblings in our two forms of sentences are well known, and babbbblings in good faith.” From that time, the Defendant sent a text message to the Defendant’s wife D(the age of 52: E) via the Defendant’s mobile phone at around 23 times in total from that time to June 13, 2013, which caused fear or fear, such as the list of crimes (1).”

2. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. against the victim F shall repeatedly reach another person any codes, text, sound, image, or picture creating apprehensions or fears through information and communications networks;

Nevertheless, on September 29, 2012, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s cell phone text message “(s) and without any reason, to the Defendant’s cell phone of F (n.e., female, age 29): A mobile phone of F (n.e., his knife knife: G) with the Defendant’s cell phone without any reason.”
