Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was boarding the C cab located in Suwon-si B in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) when galloning the market price equivalent to 900,000,000 won, the Defendant cut off one of S7 mobilephones at the back of the said cab.
