A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on May 6, 2012, the Defendant died from rape: (b) was driving a car driven by the victim C (the victim 4 years of age) who became aware of a business relation with his/her business; (c) coming from the victim’s vision, such as “the victim’s unilaterally trying to operate his/her body while driving his/her business,” and “the victim gets off on the side of the road”; (d) the victim stopped on the side road; and (e) the Defendant stopped the part of the victim’s hair with the word “on the side”; (e) the victim stopped the part of the victim’s hair and side glass part of the victim’s hair; and (e) the victim stopped the victim’s hair in front of the same Gu officetel, which is his/her residence; (e) the victim’s head and side part of the victim’s chest, and continued to see the victim’s 30 billion won after having sexual intercourse with the victim’s s head and his/her finger.
