Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven B bentts in the direction of alcohol concentration of 0.141% during blood transfusion at around 04:40 on November 3, 2015, from the top of the Gyeongnam hotel located in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the top of 65-ro 21,000 in the direction of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven B-car without a driver’s license at the date and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).
