Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2013, the Defendant obtained a loan of KRW 25 million from the JB Republic of Korea Capital Co., Ltd. to purchase cars of KRW 25 million. On the 25th of the same month, the Defendant created a mortgage on the 25th of the same month with the value of the bonds worth KRW 15 million to the victim.

Since then on December 20, 2015, the Defendant delayed payment of the principal and interest after the payment of the principal and interest of the vehicle, and the victim sought to execute a mortgage upon receiving an order from the court around September 1, 2016 to deliver the said vehicle. However, on November 1, 2016, the Defendant made it difficult for the victim to detect the said vehicle by concealing the vehicle on the non-permanent land and refusing to return it.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the goods of the defendant, which is the object of the victim's right, and interfered with the victim's exercise of right.
