A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 10, 2014, at around 16:39, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by cutting off any of the categories equivalent to KRW 828,00,00 in the shape of Do-do-based 828,00, 169,000 in the market price, such as NAT D branch D, and NA E-Slock, in which F, an employee, was negligent in monitoring other customers by putting his/her employees on contact with others; and (b) he/she committed a theft by cutting off any of them at hand, such as NAF-type 1 punishment, which is equivalent to KRW 659,00,00 in the market price.

2. On December 10, 2014, the Defendant, within the 16:18th floor G event site on the first floor of the above department store, stolen by inserting one Bo-ray G-mother in his/her own bank room, one of the 50,000 won at a different market price, where H, an employee, was negligent in monitoring other customers by neglecting surveillance.

3. On December 10, 2014, the Defendant, within the first floor of the first floor of the above department store, stolen one color 1 set of 139,000 won at the market price, in which the J, an employee, was placed in his/her own possession and was negligent in surveillance over other customers, within the first floor of the above department store.
