1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant B shall have three and four floors among the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. The Defendants are listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 7, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 200,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 10,000,000, and the lease term from October 7, 2013 to October 6, 2018 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
After concluding the instant lease agreement, Defendant B paid only KRW 150,000,000 out of the lease deposit to the Plaintiff.
B. Defendant B sub-leaseed the part of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 1 of the attached Form 2 drawings on the second floor of the building indicated in the attached Table 2 to the Defendant C Cooperatives, which connected each point in the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 14, and each of the above parts of the medical facilities is operated by the Defendant C Cooperatives.
C. Defendant B, among the buildings listed in the separate sheet, was performing artificial insemination construction in the third and fourth floor of the building in the separate sheet and was suspended.
Defendant B did not pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the lease deposit of this case 50,000,000 and the monthly rent from June 1, 2014 to June.
E. On November 6, 2014, the Plaintiff notified Defendant B of the termination of the instant lease agreement on the grounds of the delinquency in rent for at least two months in arrears.
F. Defendant B subleaseed part of the buildings indicated in the separate sheet to D and E, and the Plaintiff, on May 31, 2015, delivered the part of the building attached Form No. 10, 9, 20, 19, and 10 among the two floors of the building indicated in the separate sheet, which successively connected each point of the attached sheet No. 10, 9, 20, 19, and 10,000 square meters of neighborhood living facilities (pharmacys) and the same map No. 10, 9, 20, 19, and 10,000 square meters of neighborhood living facilities (pharmacys) and the part No. 6.2 square meters of the warehouse part among the two floors of the building listed in the separate sheet from E, and leased the part part No. 21 square meters of neighborhood living facilities (cosmetics) to each other.
