Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2013, at around 05:18, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.196% from the front side of the public parking lot south of the Busan District, which is located in the Geumdong-gu Busan District, to the 1km-ro 42-ohhhhhhhn in the front side of the public parking lot south of the same Gu.
