A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On August 7, 2014, the Defendant had access to Internet D, using a computer installed at a place, and purchased 8.65 U.S. dollars ($9,000) by credit card in the name of the Defendant, and temporary psychotropic drug psychotropic drugs (chemical name Isobuty nitrite, material name nitrite, product name nitrite, product name RH) 3 bottles and 27ml in total.

On August 2014, a drug seller who does not know his/her name was sent to the Hong Kong International Trade Postal Items (E) bags containing three disease from the same ethyl ethyl 3 disease, and then sent the place as “F, kaungngrod, Kln, Long Long,” “G,” “A”, “A”, “the place of reception,” “H Gum-si, Gye Long-gu, and the place of reception,” and “Korea’s dispute over the situation”. On August 21, 2014, around 05:12, the seller sent the place to 412 Eth Pacific Pacific (CX). At around 12:00 on September 1, 2014, the Defendant received the 27mloid 27ml in the vicinity of the water level room of Samsung-Electronic, which is located in the Yansidong of Gumi-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported her temporary psychotropic drug ethyl 27ml.
