Punishment of the crime
[B] On December 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chuncheon Prison on June 10, 2015. On August 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chuncheon Prison on May 6, 2017.
[2017 Highest 1088] On July 27, 2017, the Defendant connected the Internet NAV to the “China country” camera, and the Defendant received KRW 95,000 from the victim’s bank account (Account D) in the name of the Defendant around July 27, 2017, by deceiving the victim C who reported the fact that he had no intention or ability to sell the mobile phone and would normally sell the mobile phone, thereby inducing the victim C to “to deliver the mobile phone at the time of depositing the price.” The Defendant received KRW 5,00 from the victim’s bank account (Account Number D) in the name of the Defendant to receive KRW 95,00 for the purchase price of the mobile phone from June 21, 2017 to August 21, 2017.

1. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s mobile phone at the Defendant’s residence of the E and the 2nd floor of Chuncheon-si, E, and the 2nd floor by using the Defendant’s mobile phone; (b) posted a letter stating that “it sells 5 gallon phones ju,” if the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the mobile phone, it would normally sell the mobile phone; and (c) by deceiving the Victim F who reported and contacted, “it would deliver the mobile phone if he deposits KRW 125,00,000,” and by receiving KRW 125,000 from the damaged person to the new account (G) in the name of the Defendant.
2. On the 2th of the same month, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim H who reported and contacted the same notice by the same method, received KRW 125,00 from the damaged person to the said new cooperation account.
