A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2016, the defendant was married with the victim C (V, 44 years old) by a Chinese nationality foreigner.

1. On December 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an economic dispute with the victim at the home of the Defendant’s home located D and 101 at Silung-si around December 24, 2017; (b) took the victim’s head debt; (c) took the victim’s face on drinking; (d) took the victim’s face on drinking; and (e) taken the victim’s body on drinking; and (e) taken the victim’s body on drinking; and (e) took the victim’s body on drinking, and (e) taken the toilet with his/her head

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. A special assault on February 1, 2018: (a) around 14:10, the Defendant: (b) intended the victim’s house going out without having a credit card and passbook; (c) opened the head debt of the victim being sleeped in toilets; (d) opened the victim’s head debt by sleeping the victim’s head debt in the ward; (e) opened the victim’s body by sleeping the victim’s head debt in the ward; (e) opened the victim’s body by drinking; (e) opened the victim’s head by drinking; (g) opened the victim’s head by drinking; (g) opened the victim’s son E (at 15 years old) in the room at the time; and (g) opened the victim’s knife with the victim’s knife at the victim’s house; and (g) opened the victim’s knife with the victim’s knife at the victim’s seat; and (g) opened the victim’s k in the victim’s body.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
