The defendant shall be innocent.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B-learning car.

On June 20, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 17:10, driving the front road in Gyeonggi-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City of Gyeonggi-do along the two-lanes of the F elementary school from the E University bank to the F elementary school bank.

Since the place is a child protection zone, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to drive in mind while paying attention to the safety of children by accurately operating the steering direction and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and led to the negligence of driving in a straight fashion, and shocked the right side part of the victim G (the 9-year-old) who has crossed from the left side of the running direction of the Defendant vehicle at the time, to the right side of the victim G (the 9-year-old).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim through occupational negligence as above, such as the injury of the salute, requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Judgment

1. According to the evidence submitted, at around 17:10 on June 20, 2019, the defendant driven a frighting car at around 17:10, and turned down a three-lane road in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, the children protection zone, along a one-lane from the E University boundary to the F Elementary School boundary, from the E University boundary to the F University boundary, and 8-year-old children, who are children of the above 8-year-old, moving from the India abutting on the opposite lane to the above road to the above road, and caused the victim's brut damage by shocking the above vehicle to the upper left part of the above vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "traffic accident in this case"). At the above point of accident, the defendant was another pedestrian driving the car without permission near the above point of accident at around the crosswalk near the opposite road at the point of accident.
