1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,443,564 as well as 15% per annum from April 26, 2019 to May 31, 2019, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

Grounds for determination: (a) the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) was promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019; (b) since June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019; and (c) the interest rate under the Promotion Act was 12% per annum is recognized only as damages for delay calculated on June 1, 2019, and the claim portion in excess thereof is dismissed.
