Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Daegu District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On March 14, 2020, the Defendant, despite the power of violating the provision on the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol, driven the Escar car under the influence of alcohol from around 1.4km to around 0.075% of alcohol alcohol level from the front of the cafeteria, located in the Gamdong-gun B, Gyeongbuk-gun, and around D.
