A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant, in preparation for fire prevention of the instant structure, entered the said gas station, and fleded the said tobacco on the gas station installed in the said place, with a string pipe attached to the E gas station building (a total of two floors, with a gas station and office on the first floor, with a lodging room of employees on the second floor) operated by D in Sungsung-si Co., Ltd. (a total of two floors, with a gas station, with a lodging room of employees).

Accordingly, the defendant prepared for the purpose of setting fire to a building used as a residence by a person.

2. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant damaged the victim F’s special property damage in order to cover the cost of repair at the market price by releasing the front and rear glass of the H Spanpopo Road, which is a dangerous object owned as described in paragraph 1, from the front of G at the front of G at the time of harmony (105 cm in length, 2.5 cm in diameter), which is a dangerous object in possession of the same as described in paragraph 1.
