A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2018, around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) resided in, and waiting for, the victim D (the family name, the 13-year old age) who had a common sense of view while living in, the apartment in, and living in, the same apartment; (b) induced the Defendant to the second floor of, the victim’s hand who is in personnel affairs; and (c) led the victim to the second floor of the C-dong emergency stairs, and then, (d) kid the victim with his own arms against the victim’s will, and (e) kid the victim’s chest with his own arms, and (e) kid the victim’s chest with his hand.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a juvenile.

2. 피고인은 2018. 6. 19. 17:00 경 전주시 덕진구 B 아파트 C 동 앞에서, 피해자 D이 하교하는 것을 기다리고 있다가 피고인에게 인사를 하는 피해자의 손목을 잡고 C 동 비상계단 2 층으로 유인한 다음, 피해자의 뒤에서 양팔로 피해자를 껴안은 상태에서 피고인의 성기를 피해 자의 엉덩이 부위에 비비고, 입술로 피해자의 볼에 뽀뽀를 하였으며, 피해자의 오른손을 잡아당겨 피고인의 성기에 닿게 하고, 계속하여 피해자를 피고인과 마주보게 한 후 양팔로 피해자를 껴안았으며, 피고인의 성기를 피해 자의 복부 부위에 비볐다.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a juvenile.
