The facts leading up to the request for attachment order [criminal records] Defendant and the person subject to the request for attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the crime of indecent act by compulsion at the Incheon District Court on September 21, 2012, which became final and conclusive on October 6, 2012. 1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On April 23, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant found the victim E (mar, 27 years old) who was waiting for the bus at the bus stops near the D Station 1 of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and exposed her sexual organ, and used the victim’s right shoulder and rhym with his hand to use the victim’s right shoulder and rhym the victim’s right shoulder.

A person subject to registration shall submit personal information to the head of the competent police office within 30 days from the date a judgment becomes final and conclusive and without justifiable grounds.
